Warren Electric Corporation's 4-1/2" O.D. Cast Iron Flange Heaters offer an alternative to Screw Plug Heaters. These heaters can replace most Screw Plug Applications, eliminating the need for large wrenches which is helpful in confined spaces.

The models listed here have a General Purpose Terminal Enclosure. Other Terminal Enclosures are available including Weather-Resistant, Economy General Purpose, or Explosion-Resistant Terminal Enclosures.

The Hydraulic Heaters listed here are supplied with the following:

    • Designed to fit in 3" Pipe (Also Available in Designs to fit 2" and 2-1/2" Pipe)
    • Approx. 10 WSI (Watts per Square Inch)
    • Steel Elements
    • 60°-250° F (16°-121° C) SPST Integral Thermostat

Options for each Hydraulic Heater include:

    • Tank Adaptors for Mounting these Heaters (Adaptors are available with threaded ends to easily convert an existing Screw Plug Application to a Flange or with a Square end for welding into a Tank or Pipe)
    • Other Thermostat Ranges at No Extra Charge
    • Thermowell (if you wish to install your own thermostat or temperature controller)
    • Optional Thermocouple
