Process Water Heaters
Warren Electric Corporation manufactures Process Water Heaters with the capabilities of heating aqueous solutions to be used in parts cleaning and other chemical industrial applications.
PROCESS WATER HEATERS are available with a flange or screw plug design. Due to the corrosive nature of most solutions, it is recommended that the element sheath be stainless steel or incoloy. We also suggest that elements be welded to the flange or screw plug if the chemical solution is corrosive to braze alloy. The watt density can be as high as 50 watts per square inch. It is necessary to know the percentage make up of the water/chemical solution for this application.
