Warren Electric Corporation's Hydraulic Heaters are ideal for heating oils used in fluid power and machine lubrication applications.

These Hydraulic Heaters are designed with low watt densities

(approximately 10 WSI) to allow direct immersion into storage vessels. 

Custom Hydraulic Heaters are available to meet your specific requirements.

The Hydraulic Heaters listed here are supplied with the following:

    • Approx. 10 WSI (Watts per Square Inch)
    • 3" NPT Steel Screw Plug
    • Steel Elements
    • Weather-Resistant Terminal Enclosure
    • 60°-250° F (16°-121° C) SPST Integral Thermostat

Options for each Hydraulic Heater include:

    • Other Thermostat Ranges at No Extra Charge
    • Thermowell (if you wish to install your own thermostat or temperature controller)
    • Optional Thermocouple
